PRIVACY POLICY for Props Party Booths.

Your privacy is important to us. Like many other websites, this site uses cookies and automatically collects certain information about your computer hardware and software, which cannot be used to identify you, during your visit. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, operating system, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used only for system and website administration and to provide general statistics regarding use of this website.

We will not pass or sell your details to anyone else, unless required to do so by law

This privacy policy sets out how we Props Party Booths uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website or when you contact us direct.

We and us refers to Props Party Booths, you and them refer to as the hirer.

Props Party Booths is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Props Party Booths may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective and was last updated as of 24th February 2021.

We may collect the following information:

• name and title
• contact information including email address and telephone number
• post code
• Date of event and details of event hire including venue address

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• Internal record keeping about the booking.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

The information you supply to us is simply kept to make a record of your booking, this is kept both electronically and in paper form.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.

A small fee will be payable.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Props Party Booths also hold photos of the events that have taken place, these are kept on a stand alone secure computer.  Photo albums are also placed on our Facebook page of each event unless specifically requested by the hirer.

At each event we will tell everyone entering the booth  that their image will be uploaded to Facebook , however if a customer does not wish for there photo to be uploaded we will ensure this is removed, each photo is given an image number which can identify the photo not to be uploaded. This can also be done on the day of the event or via email propspartybooths@hotmail.com where the image will not be uploaded or will be deleted straight away from the album. 

Other social media which is used by us is Twitter and Instagram which again only photos that we have permission to use will be used for marketing. 

As part of our bookings the hirer is given a USB containing all the photos from the event, we give full rights to the hirer to use the photos as they wish however we are not responsible for what the hirer or 3rd parties do with the photos or where they upload them to or how they use them.

As a final point, we do not use your details for marketing and we do not have a subscription service.

Invoices are sent through our email system which is password protected, any email containing personal information will be encrypted and all invoices which are fully paid and the event are kept securely for accounting purposes only.  Messages sent via Facebook can not be encrypted and we will always ask for you to contact us via our email address or website.
