Below are our Terms & Conditions for for further information please contact us.


To run the equipment we will need access to a plug socket close to the set up point with sufficient space at your venue to set up  approx 2.5m x 1.5m minimum  Please ensure there is clear access to load and unload at the venue.


In the rare event that we are not ready to commence at the agreed time due to our fault, then we will still give you the agreed hire period by extending the finishing time of the hire. 


​Running time can be anytime up to 11pm that evening after which an additional £25 out of hours charge per hour will occur.


We cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event, these may include but are not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot attend or fulfill your hire due to events beyond our control we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances our liability will be limited to refunding all of monies paid.


We agree to have a your chosen equipment operational for a minimum of 90% during this period; operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance for example replacing Paper / Ink or tidying props in-between photos.


Any request for a date change or cancellation must be made by you in writing and if paid by card a refund will only be issued to the card which was charged.


To secure your booking date and quoted price we will require a deposit of £50 to be paid by the due date shown on your Invoice. ( quotes are valid for a maximum of 60 days)


The remaining balance is then due one calendar month prior to your event. If you need flexibility with your deposit payment amount, please contact us. 

Please ensure when making payments that you use your payment reference shown on your invoice so that we can correctly and easily allocate payments to your account.


For bookings made within 30 days of your event, full payment is required to secure your booking unless agreed in advance.


The deposit is non-refundable, However, should you re-schedule, a cancellation charge will not be made.


It is the person bookings responsibility to cover the company for any damage or theft of the company’s equipment whilst on hire. We reserve the right to end the event immediately should any aggressive/abusive behavior take place, or any damage to equipment occurs maliciously


In any instances where we feel there is a need to terminate the hire we will always speak with the host first to try to resolve the matter before terminating. If we do have to terminate the hire due to reasons stated above, the full cost of hire is still payable and we will not issue any refunds for hire time that has been cut short.


Your photographs from your event may be used for suitable means, this includes but is not limited to advertising and promotional material either in print or on the internet. Attending your event would mean we are of the understanding that permission has been granted to do so by yourselves and your guests (please inform us if you do not wish for this to happen)


Your booking is not confirmed until deposit payment has been received and you receive a booking confirmation letter or email from us confirming this.


Our equipment is for indoor use only, unless discussed with ourselves before hire, they may be located within a marquee  and will require one mains power socket and must be on a completely flat & level surface.


From time to time a we may need to amend or change the the terms and conditions without prior notice.
